These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zawilab.com website (the "Website"), operated by Zawaar Abbas, trading as Zawilab, based in Barcelona, Spain. By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please leave the Website.

The Website is an informational portal for the mobile applications developed by Zawilab. It provides product information, support resources, contact details, and legal documentation related to those applications. The Website itself does not sell goods or services. Each application is downloaded through a third party store (Apple App Store, Google Play) and is governed by its own end user agreement.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, layout, and source code, is the exclusive property of Zawaar Abbas and Zawilab, or is used with the permission of its rightful owners. Spanish intellectual property law and applicable international treaties protect this content. See our Legal Notice for the full intellectual property statement.

You may access and use the Website for personal, non commercial purposes such as learning about our applications, requesting support, and reading our policies. You may share links to public pages on the Website with attribution.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content from the Website using automated tools, except for transparent, well behaved indexing by mainstream search engines that respect robots.txt;
• copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Website beyond what is allowed by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Website or its assets;
• interfere with the operation of the Website, including by introducing malware, abusing rate limits, or attempting to bypass security measures;
• use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.

The Website contains links to third party services such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, GitHub, and LinkedIn. These links are provided for convenience. We have no control over the content, terms, or privacy practices of those external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Following an external link is at your own risk.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. The Website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security incidents, or for technical reasons beyond our control.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zawilab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, the temporary unavailability of the Website, or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the mandatory rights of consumers in the European Union.

These Terms govern only the use of the Website. Each mobile application distributed by Zawilabhas its own Terms of Service that govern the use of that application. You can find them on the app's product page. Visit the apps page for the current list.

Where the app store you download an application from imposes its own terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, Google Play Terms of Service), those terms also apply to your relationship with the store and prevail over conflicting provisions in our app terms to the extent required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Website, the law, or our business practice. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, please stop using the Website.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant the user the right to sue in their country of residence.
