Reemot
How to delete your Reemot data.
You can wipe your local data from inside the app at any time. For anonymous analytics and crash data on the server, a short email gets it removed within 30 days.
In the app
Open Reemot, tap the Account icon, scroll to Delete Account Data, and confirm. This wipes:
- saved TVs and pairing tokens
- app settings
- language preference
The app resets to the onboarding screen. There is no recovery window; we do not keep “soft deleted” copies.
Server-side data (analytics and crash reports)
Reemot records anonymous analytics and crash diagnostics through Firebase. To request deletion of that data, send a short email:

Data Deletion Request - Reemot- Include
- your device's anonymous Firebase Install ID
You can find the Install ID inside the app: Settings › tap the version number 10 times › Debug Menu › Install ID.
We process the deletion within 30 days. Because the analytics data is anonymous, the Install ID is the only key that lets us locate your records.
Purchase records
Apple App Store and Google Play retain purchase history under their own policies. Reemot cannot delete store-side records on your behalf. For store-side deletion, contact Apple or Google support directly:
